Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, with a focus on major gifts and comprehensive campaigns.
- Proven track record of successfully securing six- and seven-figure gifts from individual donors, foundations, or corporate partners.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious fundraising goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Preferred:
- Experience working within a nonprofit organization or educational institution.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field or certification in fundraising management.
