Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership experience.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful loss prevention strategies in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in loss prevention or security management (e.g., LPC, CPO, CPP).
- Experience in retail or e-commerce environments.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in loss prevention technologies and software, including video surveillance systems, access control, and inventory management systems.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies, including statistical analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with legal regulations related to loss prevention and security.
