Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Locker Room Supervisor to oversee the operations and management of our facility's locker room services. In this role, you will ensure a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and customer service, creating a welcoming environment for all members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the locker room area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Manage locker assignments and oversee the distribution and collection of keys and locks.
- Develop and implement locker room policies and procedures to enhance the member experience.
- Train and mentor locker room staff, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.
- Address member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with facility standards and report any maintenance needs.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service roles with a strong focus on enhancing member satisfaction.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to facility operations.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
