Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lobby Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our lobby area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for managing guest relations, coordinating lobby activities, and leading a team of lobby staff while maintaining high standards of service and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train lobby staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and exceptional customer service
- Coordinate lobby operations, including guest check-in/check-out processes, and manage the flow of guests to optimize efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Implement and monitor lobby standards, including cleanliness, safety protocols, and service quality
- Analyze lobby performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure seamless service delivery
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, customer service, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints effectively
Preferred:
- Experience in remote or virtual management of hospitality services
- Knowledge of hotel management software and guest service technologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with hotel management systems
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track performance metrics
