Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of underwriting experience, with a proven track record in a managerial or leadership role

- Excellent knowledge of underwriting principles, risk management practices, and relevant regulations
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred:
- Professional designations such as CPCU, AU, or equivalent are advantageous
- Experience with data analysis tools and underwriting software
- Prior experience in a hybrid work environment and managing remote teams
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with underwriting management systems and risk assessment software
