Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our organizational processes. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role
- Proven track record of successful project management and process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process automation
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting tools
