Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 1+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or a related area
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with GIS tools and land mapping software
- Knowledge of local zoning laws and regulations
