Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing or acquisition roles, with a proven track record of driving significant customer growth.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation for maximum return.
Preferred:

- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.
