Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Certification in OSHA safety standards and practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
