Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Iron Guardrail Installation Supervisor to lead our installation teams in delivering high-quality guardrail solutions. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring safety standards, project timelines, and adherence to engineering specifications while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate installation projects for iron guardrails, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop installation crews, promoting best practices and ensuring quality workmanship
- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met and expectations are exceeded
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to maintain project timelines
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools, adhering to safety protocols to minimize risks
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in construction or installation supervision, specifically in guardrail or similar infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and manage project timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Knowledge of engineering principles related to guardrail installations
- Certifications in safety management or relevant fields
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and specifications
