Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Insurance Employee Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our insurance employees. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules focused on insurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees, utilizing a variety of instructional methods to ensure knowledge retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with senior trainers and subject matter experts to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact training content.
- Support employees’ onboarding process by providing necessary training and resources to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Maintain organized records of training sessions, participant progress, and training materials for compliance and reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the insurance industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with e-learning platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a training or teaching role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Certifications related to training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) are a plus.
