Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Inside Sales to lead our dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for creating a scalable inside sales strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals, while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of inside sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team performance and drive accountability
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
- Oversee the development of sales training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Continuously analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our value proposition to potential clients
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of inside sales methodologies and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
Preferred:
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales is highly desirable
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales training programs
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
