Responsibilities

- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to executive leadership
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing sales teams effectively
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM tools, and performance metrics
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales training programs
