Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Inside Sales to lead our inside sales organization at [$COMPANY_NAME]. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of a robust inside sales strategy. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall inside sales strategy, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify trends, optimize sales processes, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Drive the adoption of sales technologies and CRM tools to enhance productivity and reporting capabilities
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within inside sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and developing team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel sales strategies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Knowledge of sales analytics tools and methodologies
