Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- PhD or PsyD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in industrial/organizational psychology, including a proven track record in research and applied psychology in corporate settings
- Strong expertise in psychometric assessment and evaluation methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions that lead to measurable improvements in organizational culture and employee performance
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role, influencing organizational strategy and shaping workplace culture
- Familiarity with data analytics and its application in assessing organizational effectiveness
- Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in psychometric tools and statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, or equivalent)
- Experience with digital assessment platforms and organizational development tools
- Understanding of employee engagement systems and performance management software
