Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and strategic HR Psychology Consultant to join [$COMPANY_NAME]’s Human Resources team. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an HR consulting role with a focus on psychological principles
- Strong understanding of organizational development theories and practices
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Preferred:
- Certification in HR or Organizational Psychology (e.g., SHRM, SPHR)
- Experience in change management and employee coaching
- Familiarity with psychometric assessment tools and methodologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems
- Experience with employee engagement platforms and survey tools
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
