Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior I/O Psychologist to join our dynamic team, where you will contribute to the application of psychological principles to the workplace. In this role, you will assist in developing employee assessment tools, conducting research to improve employee performance, and supporting the design of training programs that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of employee surveys and assessments to measure engagement and performance.
- Support data collection and analysis to draw insights on employee behavior and organizational culture.
- Collaborate with senior psychologists to develop training materials and workshops that align with psychological best practices.
- Participate in research projects aimed at evaluating workplace interventions and their effectiveness.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of psychological assessment tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report findings.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred:
- Experience in an internship or research assistant role focused on Industrial/Organizational psychology.
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) and data visualization tools.
- Interest in employee development and organizational behavior.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data analysis software and tools.
- Knowledge of psychological theories related to workplace performance and motivation.
