Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as an insurance adjuster with a proven track record in claims management.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and best practices in claims adjustment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using claims management software and related technologies.
Preferred:
- Certification such as AIC (Associate in Claims) or similar designations.
- Experience in both property and casualty claims handling.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of insurance claims and the ability to collaborate with legal teams when necessary.
