Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Independent Adjuster to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Oversee the investigation, adjustment, and settlement of complex claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Review and analyze claim files, documentation, and reports to determine coverage, liability, and damages.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management, summarizing findings and recommendations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in claims adjusting, with a focus on complex claims management.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing high-stakes negotiations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk and make sound decisions.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AIC, CPCU) and specialized training in claims handling.
