Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Contribute to documentation efforts by creating and maintaining comprehensive implementation guides and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software is rigorously tested before deployment, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and the latest technologies relevant to implementation processes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical support or implementation role, preferably in a software or IT environment.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and implementation methodologies.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and basic programming concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with customer-facing roles or direct client interaction.
- Exposure to database management and querying languages such as SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with tools like Jira or Asana for project management.
