Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Implementation to lead our implementation team and drive the successful deployment of our solutions at scale. In this critical role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation strategy, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes within established timelines and budgets
- Manage a team of implementation specialists, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to align on project objectives and deliverables
- Develop and refine implementation methodologies, incorporating best practices and lessons learned
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, address challenges, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the implementation process
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading successful projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams and driving performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience in software implementation or technology services
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to drive decision-making
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices
