Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with a strong track record of leadership and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing hospitality strategies that drive guest satisfaction and business growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and achieving revenue goals.
Preferred:
- Experience in a multi-property environment or with luxury brands.
- Advanced degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven record of driving cultural change and implementing innovative hospitality solutions.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with hospitality management software, revenue management systems, and CRM tools.
- Experience with data analytics to drive decision-making and enhance guest experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools.
