Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Hospitalist Director to lead our hospitalist program at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a hospitalist program.
- Proven track record of enhancing patient care quality and operational efficiency in a hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement methodologies.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with value-based care initiatives and population health management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

Location
This is a hybrid position, requiring successful candidates to work from our facility at least 3 days a week while allowing for remote work flexibility.
