Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Supervisor to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care across diverse healthcare settings. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Acute Care Nurse Practitioners, providing guidance on complex case management and clinical decision-making

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster professional development among team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies in all clinical practices

- Address patient care issues and facilitate resolution in a timely manner, maintaining a focus on patient-centered care
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in [$COMPANY_LOCATION]
- 5+ years of clinical experience in acute care settings, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
