Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Surveillance Manager to lead our surveillance operations in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation and management of surveillance systems to ensure compliance and security across our organization. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our operations and safeguarding our assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive surveillance strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of surveillance equipment and systems, ensuring optimal functionality and security.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of surveillance operations to identify areas for improvement and enhance security protocols.
- Lead a team of surveillance analysts, providing guidance and mentoring to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and present reports on surveillance activities, findings, and compliance to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in surveillance management or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- In-depth knowledge of surveillance technologies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in risk management or loss prevention.
- Relevant certifications in security or surveillance systems (e.g., CPP, PSP).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in video surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm monitoring technologies.
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
