Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Casino Surveillance Manager to lead our surveillance operations in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity and security of our casino operations by implementing advanced surveillance technologies and processes that effectively monitor gaming activities and protect organizational assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive surveillance strategies to monitor gaming floor activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of surveillance equipment and software, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Lead a team of surveillance analysts, providing training and mentorship to ensure high-quality monitoring and reporting practices.
- Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of suspected fraud or cheating, compiling detailed reports and collaborating with law enforcement as needed.
- Implement and maintain protocols for data protection and privacy, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze surveillance data to identify trends and areas of concern, making recommendations for process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in surveillance management, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Extensive knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV, IP cameras, and incident management software.
- Proven track record in managing investigations and coordinating with law enforcement agencies.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in gaming operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
