Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with a focus on formulation chemistry.
- 10+ years of experience in formulation development within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and managing complex formulation challenges.
- Strong knowledge of formulation techniques, stability testing, and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred:
- Experience with biologics or complex drug products.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical design of experiments.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a matrixed organization.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in formulation technologies, including emulsions, suspensions, and solid dosage forms.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
