Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Deep understanding of food safety regulations, quality assurance processes, and sustainability practices.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource allocation.

Preferred:
- Experience in organic or plant-based food production.
- Advanced degree in Food Science, Business Management, or a related field.
