Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in food production or kitchen management
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Management, or a related field
- Experience in a supervisory role within a food production or kitchen environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and production scheduling software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and food production management software
- Understanding of food processing techniques and equipment operation
- Experience with quality control processes in food production
