Role Overview

- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and flight training standards.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor junior instructors.
Preferred:
- Experience as a Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) or in a similar leadership role within flight training organizations.
- Additional instructor ratings (e.g., Multi-Engine Instructor, Flight Instructor - Instrument).
- Experience implementing advanced training technologies such as flight simulators and e-learning platforms.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in flight training software and scheduling systems.
- Familiarity with aviation safety management systems (SMS) and risk assessment methodologies.
