Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in aviation operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Comprehensive knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and operational oversight
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive performance and foster a positive work environment
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with corporate aviation or fixed-base operations (FBO)
- Professional certifications such as Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) or equivalent
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in aviation management software and tools
- Experience with flight operations management systems and maintenance tracking software
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making
