Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in Wildlife Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- Strong interest in fish and wildlife conservation and law enforcement
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and traverse rugged terrain
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred:
- Experience in wildlife monitoring, habitat restoration, or a related volunteer position
- Basic knowledge of local fish and wildlife species and their habitats
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with data collection methods, including GPS and GIS technology
- Basic proficiency in using field equipment for wildlife surveys and monitoring
