Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 15+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance, with a track record of progressive leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale financial reporting functions and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- CPA or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience in managing financial reporting within a publicly traded company.
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., ERP systems) and reporting tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software and tools, with experience in ERP systems.
