Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Reporting to lead and oversee our financial reporting functions at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting best practices.
- Proven experience managing complex financial reporting processes and teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Experience in a publicly traded company or a large multinational corporation.
- Familiarity with financial reporting software and ERP systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
