- Act as the escalation point for complex customer inquiries and transaction discrepancies
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a financial services role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational procedures within the exchange sector
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
Preferred:
- Experience with foreign currency exchange operations and related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with financial transaction software and point-of-sale systems
- Proficient in data analysis tools to track performance metrics
- Understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations
