Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epic Manager to lead our strategic initiatives and drive critical projects across the organization. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects that align with our mission and business objectives. Your expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement will be key to influencing outcomes and enhancing our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple strategic projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, while proactively managing risks and issues
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged
- Monitor project progress, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management methodologies
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a complex organizational environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or MS Project
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of change management principles and techniques
