Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex clinical workflows
- Basic understanding of electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software applications
- Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical and clinical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of database management and SQL
- Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus
