Role Overview
As the Emergency Planning and Response Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and preparedness of [$COMPANY_NAME] in the face of potential emergencies. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in emergency management, public safety, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in emergency planning, response, and recovery.
- Strong understanding of emergency management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and deliver effective presentations.
Preferred:
- Certification in emergency management (e.g., CEM, TEM, or similar).
- Experience in conducting emergency response drills and training programs.
- Knowledge of incident command systems and crisis communication strategies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in emergency management software and incident reporting systems.
- Familiarity with GIS mapping and analysis tools for risk assessment.
- Ability to utilize communication technologies for effective coordination during emergencies.
