Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electronic Gambling Device Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and compliance of our electronic gaming devices. This role is critical for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance and optimal device performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of electronic gambling devices, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of gaming equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards
- Train and mentor staff on the proper use and troubleshooting of electronic gambling devices
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all gaming operations meet local and state regulations
- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues related to electronic gaming devices, ensuring prompt resolution
- Maintain accurate records of device performance, maintenance, and compliance activities for reporting purposes
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in gaming operations, with a focus on electronic gambling devices
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to gaming devices
Preferred:
- Experience with gaming management systems and electronic gambling device software
- Certification in gaming operations or related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of electronic gambling devices
- Familiarity with gaming management systems and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on device performance and compliance
