Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong emphasis on power electronics and circuit design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Altium, LTSpice, or similar software.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical standards and regulations, including UL, IEC, and ANSI.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in embedded systems design and microcontroller programming.
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems and their integration into conventional power systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes and testing protocols for electrical systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in analog and digital circuit design, including RF and mixed-signal designs.
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity principles.
- Experience with simulation and modeling tools for power systems analysis.
