Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience in electrical design and engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in managing engineering teams and leading complex projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, including circuit design, PCB layout, and system integration.
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools such as Altium, SPICE, or similar.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in power electronics, embedded systems, or renewable energy systems.
- Familiarity with industry certifications such as ISO 9001 or IEC standards.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in electrical circuit design, simulation, and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ for embedded systems development.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
