Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in K-12 education, with a focus on curriculum development and instructional leadership.
- Strong understanding of current educational trends and best practices in curriculum and instruction.
- Proven ability to analyze data and use it to inform instructional decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building collaborative relationships.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
- Familiarity with state and national curriculum standards.
- Certification in curriculum development or instructional leadership.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and educational technology platforms.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and curriculum management software.
- Knowledge of assessment tools and strategies for evaluating student learning.
