Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental management, sustainability, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful environmental programs and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing diverse teams effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior leadership role within a large organization.
- Proven track record of engaging stakeholders and fostering partnerships to achieve sustainability goals.
- Certification in environmental management (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001) is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of environmental management systems (EMS) and sustainability frameworks.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies for environmental impact assessment.
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and waste management practices.
