Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Dining Services to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities

- Oversee menu planning, ensuring a diverse selection of nutritious, seasonal, and sustainable food options that cater to a variety of dietary needs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in all dining operations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, optimizing resource allocation to drive profitability and sustainability.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in dining services or food and beverage management, with a proven track record of successful leadership.
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends, food safety regulations, and dietary guidelines.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
