Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Manager to lead our infrastructure and operations teams at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role, with a proven track record of managing complex systems
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong understanding of container orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby
- Proven ability to drive cultural change within an organization towards a DevOps mindset
Preferred:
- Experience in enterprise environments with large-scale systems
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Strong knowledge of networking and security principles in cloud environments
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools, including Splunk or Datadog
- Solid understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL
