Preferred:
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote desktop tools
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification

- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktop computers
- Familiar with ticketing systems and remote support software
- Knowledge of security best practices for desktop systems
