Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and inspections of aircraft systems and components to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and other applicable standards
- Review and approve engineering data, including design changes and repairs, ensuring adherence to airworthiness criteria
- Provide technical guidance and expertise during the certification process, collaborating closely with engineering teams and regulatory bodies
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports documenting findings, recommendations, and approval actions, maintaining meticulous records for audit purposes
- Lead audits and assessments of maintenance and operational practices to ensure ongoing compliance and safety

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry

- Proven experience in performing aircraft inspections and evaluations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to make sound judgments based on technical data
Preferred:

- Familiarity with advanced avionics systems and their integration into aircraft design
