Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a deposition reporter or similar role
- Proficient in advanced transcription software and deposition technology
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
Preferred:
- Certification from a recognized reporting organization (e.g., NCRA, AAERT)
- Experience leading teams and managing projects in a legal setting
- Familiarity with remote deposition platforms and technologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in stenography and/or voice writing technology
- Proficient in using legal documentation software and electronic filing systems
- Familiarity with remote video conferencing tools for depositions
