Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Regional Dental Office Manager to oversee multiple dental practices within our network. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhance patient satisfaction across all locations. Responsibilities
- Manage the operational performance of multiple dental offices, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency, enhance patient experience, and drive revenue growth
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of office operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Oversee staffing, training, and development of dental office personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board requirements
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure quality patient care and effective treatment plans
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive operational improvements
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in dental office management or a related healthcare field
- Strong understanding of dental operations, including billing, coding, and insurance processes
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations and achieving operational goals
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve office performance
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software
- Prior experience in a multi-site dental organization or healthcare network
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and dental practice management software
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess operational performance
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements specific to dental practices
