Responsibilities
- Design and execute engaging product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of product capabilities and roadmap.
- Conduct live demonstrations at trade shows, customer meetings, and internal events, effectively communicating technical concepts and value propositions.
- Gather and analyze feedback from demonstrations to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
- Train and mentor junior demonstrators and sales staff on best practices for product presentation and storytelling.
- Develop and maintain demonstration environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technical demonstrations or sales engineering.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of products and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
- Exceptional presentation skills, both verbal and written, with a track record of successfully engaging diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience with emerging technologies relevant to our industry, such as AI, IoT, or cloud computing.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a technical demonstration or sales environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in utilizing demonstration tools and software, including video conferencing and presentation platforms.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and product features.
